Shipping policy

At Doll Parts 616, we aim to deliver your order quickly and securely. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle delivery for all products sold through our shop.

1. Shipping Locations:

We currently ship to UK addresses only, we do not offer international delivery at this time.

2. Processing Times:

Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays). 

Handmade, made to order or pre order items may take longer. Any extended lead times will be noted on the product page. 

3. Delivery Services & Times:

We use trusted couriers such as Royal Mail or equivalent services. 

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Delivery- (2nd Class) 2-4 working days after dispatch.
  • Express Delivery- (1st Class) 1-2 working days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to postal strikes, peak seasons or circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Costs:

Standard delivery is free. 

Express delivery is £3.99 per order (unless otherwise specified in promotions).

5. Packaging:

All items are packaged to arrive safely. 

Teas and herbal products are sealed in resealable food safe pouches. 

Ritual kits are packaged in protective pouches. 

Fragile items (candles, crystals, jewellery) are cushioned to prevent breakage. 

We aim to use eco friendly and recyclable packaging wherever possible.

6. Multiple items:

If you order multiple items, they will normally be shipped together. If part of your order is delayed (e.g., pre order items), we may ship items separately at no extra cost. 

7. Delivery Confirmation & Tracking:

Orders will be shipped with proof of postage and, where applicable, tracking information. You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched. 

8. Missed Deliveries & Wrong Addresses:

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect addressed provided by the customer. 

If delivery is missed and returned to us, we can resend once additional postage is paid.

9. Lost or Delayed Parcels:

A parcel is considered "lost" if it has not arrives within 10 working days (UK) from the expected delivery date. 

If your order has not arrived, please contact us at dollparts616uk@gmail.com with your order number, we will investigate. 

We will either resend your order or issue a refund for lost parcels. 

10. Pre Orders & Future Products:

For items marked as pre order or made to order, estimated shipping dates will be shown on the product page. Shipping timelines for new product categories added in future (such as blankets, clothing or homeware) will follow the same policy unless otherwise stated.
