At Doll Parts 616, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. This policy explains when and how you can return items, request a refund or exchange a product. 

Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations- UK)

If you are a UK customer, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason.

Once you notify us, you then have 14 days to return the item(s) to us.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the return.

Items Eligible For Return:

We accept returns on most products provided they are:

  • Unused, unopened and in their original packaging.
  • In the same condition that you received them.
  • Returned within the correct timeframe.

In this case, you are responsible to pay to return postage.

Items Not Eligible For Return:

For health, safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds on:

  • Food and drink products (including teas and herbal blends) once opened.
  • Incense sticks, candles and melts once used or partially burned.
  • Earrings (due to hygiene regulations).
  • Made to order, custom made or personalised items.

If any of these items arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at dollparts616uk@gmail.com.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items:

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please email us at dollparts616uk@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos.

We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund including return postage where applicable.

How To Return an Item:

  1. Email dollparts616uk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll confirm the return address and instructions.
  3. Package your item securely (ideally in its original packaging).
  4. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. 

Shipping costs are non refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., faulty or incorrect items).

If you purchased under a "multi-buy" discount (e.g., 2 for £35), returning part of the order may affect the total discount applied.

Exchanges:

We currently only replace items if they are faulty or damaged.
